18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 40 years old 2. Interested in this study 3. Scored >50 points on the Premenstrual Symptom Scale (PMSS) questionnaire 4. Female college students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who regularly practiced Baduanjin 2. Had been diagnosed with severe reproductive system diseases or hormonal disorders 3. Had other health conditions preventing Baduanjin practice
