Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the UK Parkinson's Disease Society Brain Bank, with a slow onset and at least two of the three symptoms of resting tremor, rigidity and bradykinesia, and a positive response to levodopa treatment. 2. Hoehn & Yahr staging I to III, capable of cooperating with treatment and follow-up. 3. No history of brain surgery or epilepsy. 4. Diagnosed as having qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, drug-induced, toxic, vascular and hydrocephalus types) and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Exclusion criteria for PD patients with severe persistent resting tremor: Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, drug-induced, toxic, vascular and hydrocephalus types) and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 3. PD patients with severe persistent resting tremor; 4. Those with other serious systemic diseases.
