ERAT +TCM group(Experimental group):Endoscopic Retrograde Appendicitis Therapy (ERAT) combined with stepped, sequential, and goal-directed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment
ERAT +placebo group(Control group):Endoscopic Retrograde Appendicitis Therapy (ERAT) combined with placebo (administered identically to the experimental group)

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years regardless of gender; (2) Alvarado score =5 with imaging-confirmed acute uncomplicated appendicitis; (3) Meeting ERAT indications and able to complete full treatment; (4) Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated appendicitis (gangrene/perforation/abscess/infectious ascites >100ml); (2) Contraindications to colonoscopy; (3) History of TCM allergy or adverse reactions; (4) Allergy to contrast agents; (5) Participation in other clinical trials or use of other TCM regimens; (6) Other conditions deemed ineligible by investigators (e.g., psychiatric disorders, inadequate follow-up)
