Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects signed the informed consent form and cooperated with the research; (2) The subjects were aged between 18 and 80 years old; (3) The subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease, underwent renal biopsy to determine the type of kidney disease, and whose pathological diagnosis was based on the "Expert Consensus on Standardized Diagnosis of Renal Biopsy Pathology"; (4) The subjects underwent optical coherence tomography imaging and fundus photography to clarify the fundus manifestations; (5) The subjects had complete clinical data and were able to cooperate to complete this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable conditions and those with other severe systemic diseases, such as heart failure, liver failure, malignant tumors, and severe infectious diseases; (2) Patients undergoing renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis, plasma exchange, hemofiltration, peritoneal dialysis, or kidney transplantation, or those who have undergone such therapy within the past 3 months; (3) Patients who cannot fix their gaze during ophthalmological examinations, or whose mental state cannot cooperate with observation; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with multiple syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, without prioritizing any one, or with complex syndromes; (6) Patients with other severe eye diseases, such as glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, optic neuritis, etc., or those whose other eye disorders affect the retina; (7) Patients judged by the researchers to have other unsuitable conditions for inclusion; (8) Patients participating in other clinical studies; Note: The inclusion and exclusion criteria for eye diseases in this study refer to each eye separately. That is, as long as one eye of the patient meets the inclusion criteria and this eye does not fall under the exclusion criteria, that eye can be included. If both eyes meet the criteria, the right eye will be included.
