Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for hyperuricemia refer to the 2019 Western Medicine Diagnostic Standards for "Hyperuricemia" and the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout (2019)". Under a normal purine diet, the fasting blood uric acid levels for men and post-menopausal women should be > 420 µmol/L, and for pre-menopausal women, it should be > 360 µmol/L. (1) Age ranging from 18 years to 80 years; (2) Under a normal purine diet, non-consecutive two-time fasting blood serum uric acid levels, for men and post-menopausal women > 420 µmol/L, and for pre-menopausal women > 360 µmol/L. (3) In line with the syndrome of internal accumulation of dampness in traditional Chinese medicine; (4) Within the past 1 month, no medications that affect blood uric acid levels have been taken, such as thiazide diuretics, aspirin, losartan, glucocorticoids, uric acid-lowering drugs, fenofibrate, statins, etc.; (5) Able to understand this study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is an acute attack of gout; (2) There are gout-related kidney diseases such as uric acid kidney stones, chronic urate kidney disease, and acute uric acid kidney disease; (3) Regular use of antibiotics or other drugs that affect uric acid is required; (4) Conventional treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids is given; (5) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and endocrine, hematopoietic system diseases; (6) Women who are planning to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding; (7) Those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of the test product.
