Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 6 to 65 years old gender not limited; 2) It meets the diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis in the Hanifin-Rajka criteria and has been confirmed by an ENT specialist to meet the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (2022 Revised Edition)" and one of the diseases is currently at a moderate to severe level (atopic dermatitis: SCORAD=25 points/Allergic rhinitis: VAS > 3 points; 3) It conforms to the key points of syndrome differentiation for spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation in "International Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Atopic Dermatitis". 4) The patient has good compliance and is subject to regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other skin diseases that interfere with the assessment of skin lesions. 2) Patients with other ear nose and throat diseases that interfere with symptom scoring such as nasal polyps chronic sinusitis and deviated nasal septum. 3) Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular renal liver and brain diseases. 4) Patients with malignant tumors. 5) Women who are planning to conceive pregnant or breastfeeding. 6) Other patients who are not suitable for this treatment method such as those allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or with favism.
