40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the above KOA diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 40-65 years; (3) Having not received KOA-related treatment within two weeks; (4) VAS score of 3-7 points; (5) No damage to the local skin of the knee joint (to ensure that topical medications/lotions can be used); (6) Signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning pregnancy; (2) Patients with metabolic bone diseases, knee joint infection, tumors, or other joint-involved conditions; (3) Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, psychiatric disorders, or other conditions that may interfere with efficacy assessment; (4) Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredient of Zilong Juanbi Tablets, Sushang Medicated Plaster, or Zhuangjin Tongluo Wash; (5) Patients who have participated in any other clinical trial within the past month.
