Interventions

control subjects:Regular treatment and care are provided at any time during the morning (8:00-12:00).
Experimental group A:In addition to routine treatment and care, conventional fire dragon cupping moxibustion is administered at any time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Experimental group B:In addition to routine treatment and care, the Fire Dragon Cup Comprehensive Moxibustion therapy is administered during the You hour (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for cold-dampness obstruction type LDH according to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. (2) Aged between 18 and 70 years old no gender restrictions. (3)Has not received any other treatment in the past month. (4) Fully understands this study and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Special populations such as pregnant or breastfeeding women individuals with mental disorders etc. (2) Individuals with severe primary diseases of the heart liver kidneys or blood system. (3) Individuals with skin lesions skin diseases or allergies to moxibustion. (4) Individuals with diabetic peripheral neuropathy or sensory impairments in the limbs. (5) Individuals with communication impairments such as language or cognitive disorders. (6)Patients with clear surgical indications or a history of lumbar spine surgery. (7)Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies.
