Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1)Age: =60 years old 2) Stroke patients in accordance with the 2016 edition of the Chinese Guidelines and Consensus for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease and diagnosed by a physician and in the acute phase of stroke (onset = 14 days) 3)Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Subjects with serious systemic diseases (e.g. cancer serious infections etc.) that may affect the study results
