Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Hanifin-Rajka; (2) Patients with mild to moderate AD aged between 6 and 65 years old regardless of gender; (3) The TCM syndrome differentiation meets the criteria for determining spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study with good compliance and sign the informed consent form (for patients under 18 years old their guardians need to sign it at the same time).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other infectious skin diseases; (2) Patients who have received topical and systemic treatment with glucocorticoids calcineurin inhibitors PDE-4 inhibitors antibiotics within the past two weeks or those who have received systemic treatment with biological agents Jak inhibitors etc. within the past three months; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular liver kidney brain and hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Those suffering from mental illness or malignant tumors; (6) Those who are not suitable for this study such as those who are unable to cooperate in completing the scale filling and clinical specimen collection or those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces or active ingredients.
