Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who met the diagnostic criteria for grade 1 hypertension, isolated systolic hypertension, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (liver-yang hyper type), or who, despite taking medication, met the diagnostic criteria after a 2-week washout period, were classified as low or moderate risk, and were between ages of 35 and 65, and who gave informed consent and were willing to participate in the treatment study, were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age under 35 or over 65 pregnant or lactating women. (2) Secondary hypertension. () Patients with severe primary diseases of heart brain kidney liver and hematopoietic system and mental patients. (4) Patients with grade or 3 hypertension. (5) Patients with limb defects or motor disorders. (6) Those who have participated in other clinical treatments within one month or currently participating in clinical treatments.
