Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and have the chief complaints of pain and joint movement disorders are taken as the observation objects; 2.Have a history of knee joint pain for 3 months or more; 3. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score is = 3 points at the time of inclusion; 4.The age ranges from 40 to 80 years old; 5.Have not received acupuncture and tuina treatment within the past 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with pain caused by infectious, malignant, and autoimmune diseases of the knee joint, as well as congenital knee joint deformities; 2. Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, cerebrovascular, tumor diseases, etc., and whom the researchers consider unsuitable for participating in this study; 3.Patients who are weak due to prolonged illness, those with severe neurosis, dementia, pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those with a bleeding tendency such as leukemia and thrombocytopenia; 5. Those with severe or systemic skin diseases; 6. Those who have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 48 hours before the treatment
