18 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Randomized controlled study: 1) stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, central nervous system infection, autoimmune encephalitis, status epilepticus, severe neuromuscular disease patients admitted to NICU; 2) Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) = 12 points; 3) Complies with the diagnosis of sarcopenia; 4) The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is spleen and kidney deficiency; 5) Stay in the NICU for at least 14 days; 6) Age = 18 years old; 7) The patient or their family members provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Randomized controlled study: 1) In the acute exacerbation stage of the disease or with unstable vital signs; 2) Simultaneously suffering from other neuromuscular diseases such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.
