Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for nuchal and dorsal myofasciitis and having a cold-damp syndrome score of = 45 points; (2) Aged 25-80 years; (3) Having a course of nuchal and back pain for more than 3 months; (4) Having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe bone diseases such as severe osteoporosis fractures or bone tumors confirmed by X-ray examination; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Patients with severe heart or cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Patients with infectious skin diseases or local skin damage at the treatment site; (5) Patients with mental disorders in the acute episode stage.
