Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent urinary tract infection according to Western medicine.? 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria and syndrome differentiation standards for Stranguria due to Overstrain (Kidney Yang Deficiency Pattern) according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (presence of 2 cardinal symptoms + 2 secondary symptoms).? ?3. Aged between 45 and 85 years old; long-term resident of Suzhou City and independent in daily living activities; education level of primary school or above.? ?4.No changes in the pharmacological treatment regimen for urinary tract infection within the past half month.? ?5.Exclude patients who have taken antibiotics for more than half a month.? ?6.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?1. First-episode acute urinary tract infection or acute pyelonephritis;? ?2.Contraindications for moxibustion therapy:?High fever /Skin ulceration at the moxibustion site /Inability to maintain required treatment posture/Extreme heat intolerance/Menstruation period/Psychiatric disorders ?3. Urinary tract abnormalities detected by imaging studies:?Congenital malformations/Calculi (stones)/Hydronephrosis ?4.Impaired consciousness or diagnosed mental disorders;? ?5.Severe impairment of cardiac/hepatic/renal function or severe comorbidities? (e.g., diabetes mellitus); 6.Current participation in other clinical trials;? 7.Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning pregnancy
