Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Topic 1 Inclusion Criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for both Chronic Kidney Disease and Knee Osteoarthritis, with complete diagnostic data including X-ray findings. Have a clearly documented stage of Chronic Kidney Disease. Age range =18 and =85 years. Topic 2 Inclusion Criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for both Chronic Kidney Disease and Knee Osteoarthritis, with complete diagnostic data. Have a clearly documented stage of Chronic Kidney Disease. Have complete records of clinical efficacy evaluation indicators for osteoarthritis (e.g., WOMAC score). Age range =18 and =85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Topic 1 : 1. Patients with other severe joint diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis, traumatic arthritis, etc.); 2. Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease (end-stage renal disease) who have undergone renal replacement therapy; 3. Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data or missing key information. Topic 2 : 1.
