Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnosis of "menstrual prolongation" in Western medicine (normal menstrual cycle, menstrual duration exceeding 7 days, occurring for more than 2 consecutive cycles, intrauterine device without hormones is placed and in normal position); 2. According to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, it is classified as "deficiency of both qi and blood" (refer to "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines", presenting symptoms such as pale menstrual blood, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, etc.); 3. Age 18-45 years old, voluntarily participating in this study; 4. Within 3 months, no use of hormone-based drugs, and within 1 month, no use of hemostatic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic lesions of reproductive organs (such as endometrial polyps, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, etc.); 2. Complicated with liver and kidney function, blood or immune system diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, those with allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs; 4. Within the last 2 months, using sex hormones or drugs affecting bleeding, or participating in other clinical trials within 1 month; 5. Abnormalities in coagulation function, endocrine, and thyroid function; 6. Clearly having menstrual disorders caused by other reasons or bleeding due to external genital and vaginal factors, ovulation disorders, local abnormalities of the endometrium.
