Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for adenoid hypertrophy in Western medicine; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes; 3. Patients aged 3 to 12 years old (male or female); 4.Patients who have obtained permission from their legal guardians and signed informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under the age of 3 or over the age of 12; 2. It has been confirmed through examination that sleep snoring and mouth breathing are solely caused by tonsillar hypertrophy deviated nasal septum nasal polyps sinusitis nasal injury etc; 3. Infectious diseases and individuals with mental illness; 4Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria cannot determine the efficacy or have incomplete data that affects the efficacy or safety assessment.
