Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years old; Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; Body mass index (BMI) was 18-30 kg/m2; ASA = Level 3; Apfel score = 3; Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: facial skin infection, trauma, scar, etc. could not be treated with buccal acupuncture; Facial trigeminal nerve and facial nerve injury; Severe gastrointestinal diseases (pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction, etc.); ECG showed patients with prolonged Q-T interval; Bleeding tendency or use of anticoagulants; Preoperative nausea and vomiting symptoms; Abuse of opioids or alcohol; Patients with long-term insomnia and anxiety disorder; Cognitive impairment or severe central nervous system disease.
