Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for tetanus(According to WHO standards, at least one of the following features must be present: trismus or risus sardonicus; painful muscular contractions), classified as Ablett grade III or IV; (2) Acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) grade I; (3) Aged = 18 years and = 80 years; (4) Provide informed consent (from the patient or their legally authorized representative).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Pregnant or lactating patients; (2) Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding; (3) Patients with severe diarrhea; (4) Patients with known allergy to rhubarb.
