Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Osteosarcopenia; (2) Aged between 50 and 80 years; (3) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with endocrine disorders known to cause secondary osteoporosis (e.g., Cushing's disease, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.); (2) History of fracture within the past 3 months; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems, generalized debilitation, malignancy, psychiatric disorders, or allergic constitutions; (4) Patients with psychiatric disorders, dementia, severe neurosis, or other conditions that may impair efficacy evaluation, accurate symptom reporting, or compliance; (5) Patients currently taking medications that affect pain, bone density, or muscle mass and cannot discontinue them immediately; (6) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; (7) Patients with allergies to moxibustion or moxa smoke; (8) Patients deemed by the investigator to have poor compliance.
