Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with primary fibromyalgia (FMS) who meet the 2016 ACR diagnostic criteria for FMS; 2) Age between 18 and 60 years; 3) Patients with VAS (pain intensity) = 4 and WPI (pain distribution) = 4; 4) No medication for FMS, or taking FMS medication with a stable type and dosage for at least 4 weeks; 5) Receiving routine treatment from the Department of Preventive Treatment of Disease; 6)Signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with secondary FMS, or those diagnosed with other rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or myositis; 2) Pregnant or lactating women, or patients with mental illness, infectious diseases, or severe organic diseases; 3) Those unsuitable for physical activity, unable to participate in, or unable to persist with Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) training; 4) Those who have practiced Baduanjin, Tai Chi, or Yoga within the past year.
