Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who complies with the diagnostic criteria for low back pain jointly formulated by the American Society for Pain Management and the American Orthopaedic Association for Physical Therapy. (2) The age should be between 18 and 60 years old, with no gender restrictions on the patient. (3) The duration of low back pain exceeds 12 weeks, and the VAS score is =3 points; (4) The imaging (lumbar MRI/ plain CT scan of lumbar intervertebral disc) is consistent with the clinical manifestations; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient has received massage, acupuncture or drug treatment within the past month; (2) The patient has experienced acute or chronic infection, trauma, fever or allergy within the previous two weeks; (3) Any other conditions, including taking anticoagulants, coagulation disorders, and active skin infections; (4) Severe primary diseases or infectious diseases, including kidney, heart, liver diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, endocrine system diseases, pregnancy, lactation, etc. (5) There are severe mental disorders or mental conditions related to dementia and severe neurosis, and they are unable to communicate or take care of themselves.
