Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a.Men aged 20-35 b.BMI 18.5-24.9 c.No consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages during the trial period d.Avoid other functional foods and supplements during the trial period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Major chronic diseases b) Immune dysfunction or use of immunosuppressants/modulators c) Intake of polyphenolic plant health supplements and prebiotics in the past month d) History of antibiotic use in the past month e) Smoking and excessive drinking f) Intestinal diseases
