Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of this topic; (2) gestational age= 35 weeks (35 weeks to 37 weeks for preterm infants with perfect gastrointestinal motility function); (3) Birth weight< 2500g; (4) The child has not used gastrointestinal motility drugs after birth; (5) The guardian of the child understands and agrees to accept this study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with congenital digestive malformations, congenital genetic abnormalities, hereditary metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Digestive tract diseases, such as necrotizing enterocolitis, intestinal obstruction and other diseases during hospitalization; (3) During hospitalization, patients with medical diseases that affect eating and drinking, and diseases that require surgical intervention; (4) Combined with severe heart disease; (5) Those who are participating in other clinical trials or those who have dropped out halfway.
