Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for pulmonary nodules are as follows: participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary nodules and AI risk interpretation standards, be aged between 18 and 75 years inclusive regardless of gender, have good compliance and be able to complete necessary examinations and tests required for this study, and voluntarily participate by signing an informed consent form. For pathological biopsy of pulmonary nodules, eligible participants must also meet the above inclusion criteria for pulmonary nodules, have clear indications for biopsy and request a biopsy, and have not undergone surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) If any one of the inclusion criteria is answered as "No" by the patient they cannot be enrolled in this study. (2) Presence of severe comorbidities in other organs including decompensated chronic heart failure decompensated chronic kidney disease decompensated liver cirrhosis and uncontrolled hematologic or immune system diseases; (3) Acute respiratory diseases within the last month; (4) HRCT shows calcified foci with nodules located in the interlobar fissures and pleura.
