Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar muscle strain; 2. Age =20 and =40 years old, gender not limited; 3. The BMI index should be controlled between 18.5 and 24kg/m ². 4. Recurrent low back pain for more than 3 months; 5. No other treatments were participated in the three weeks prior to enrollment; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental disorders and confusion of consciousness; 2. Women who are pregnant, lactating, or in the preconception period; 3. Combined with non-soft tissue chronic injury diseases such as lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, spinal stenosis, and intraspinal lesions; 4. There has been a history of surgery or trauma to the waist, as well as rheumatic immune diseases. 5. Malignant tumors, acute infectious diseases, severe skin diseases, rheumatic and immune diseases, combined with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 6. Patients who simultaneously participate in other external treatment methods, medications, etc., which affect the judgment of the outcome.
