Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: The clinical diagnosis was confirmed as primary Parkinson's disease; 2: The clinical diagnosis was confirmed as Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment; 3: Age 40-80 years old male or female; 4: PD-CRS score is between 73 and 80 points; 5: MoCA score is between 20 and 25 points; 6: Did not participate in other drugs or acupuncture clinical trials within 1 month prior to inclusion in the study; 7: Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent; 8: For those who have been diagnosed for the first time and have not yet taken anti-Parkinson's drugs a professional physician will formulate a medication plan. Once the symptoms stabilize they will be included in the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2: Patients taking drugs to improve cognitive function 3: Patients with serious mental diseases such as depression schizophrenia and violent tendencies 4: Cognitive impairment caused by Alzheimer's disease vascular dementia and other diseases 5: Participating in other drug or acupuncture researchers; 6: Patients with Parkinsonism; 7: Patients who are not suitable to participate in this study due to physical conditions.
