Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of both AR Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine with the severity of the condition being mild or moderate-to-severe but the symptom score is less than 3 points (on a four-point scale) and no additional treatment is required; (2) Age range is between 18 and 70 years old with no gender restrictions; (3) Has not received any related treatment or participated in other clinical trials in the past 1 week; (4) The subjects have carefully read the informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet any of the diagnostic criteria or inclusion criteria; (2) Moderate to severe patients with persistent and severe symptoms with a symptom score of = 3 points (on a four-point scale) who cannot be controlled by conventional medications may have comorbidities such as nasal polyps asthma etc. and require combined treatment with nasal hormones biological agents or surgery; (3) Those with other nasal diseases such as upper respiratory tract infections sinusitis nasal septum deviation etc. or organic lesions of the nasal region; (4) Patients with skin that is prone to infection or other skin diseases as well as those who are allergic to surgical sutures and filiform needles; (5) Pregnant lactating or pre-pregnant women; (6) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematological systems and patients with mental disorders; (7) Patients with extremely low compliance.
