Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-60 years old, gender not limited; 2.BMI=24.0kg/m ², or waist circumference: =90cm for men and = 85cm for women; 3. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form; 4. No history of major acute or chronic diseases (diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, cancer); 5. Physical Constitution assessment: Liver depression and spleen deficiency (formulated based on the investigation of liver depression and spleen deficiency types, spleen deficiency types and clinical syndromes in accordance with the Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Traditional Chinese Medicine Drugs (Trial). Main symptoms: Fatigue and weakness, drowsiness, which cannot be relieved by rest. Secondary symptoms: Depression or irritability, quick to breathe, pale tongue with tooth marks on the edges, thin white coating on the tongue, and deep and fine pulse. 6. No other weight loss interventions have been received in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Perinatal women (pregnant and 4 weeks postpartum) and lactating women; 2. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney diseases; 3. Obesity is caused by thyroid diseases (hypothyroidism), hypothalamic-pituitary diseases, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases; 4. Those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture intervention; 5. Recently taken medications that affect weight; 6. Patients with severe primary diseases such as malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis, secondary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as coronary heart disease and stroke, and those with mental disorders or poor compliance.
