Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Conform to the diagnostic criteria of anovulatory infertility of liver depression and kidney deficiency type; (2) PSQI score > 7 points; (3)18-44 years old; (4)Communicate and sign the informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)ear infection ulcer etc. tape alcohol allergy; (2)secondary insomnia caused by various mental disorders; (3) Insomnia caused by alcohol abuse and / or psychotropic drug abuse and dependence; (4)patients with obvious aphasia apraxia cognitive dysfunction and other related diseases leading to cooperation difficulties; (5)Patients who participated in other clinical trials and had an impact on this study.
