Group A:First tDCS is carried out followed by cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation
Group B:tDCS is carried out simultaneously with cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation
Group C:Only swallowing rehabilitation training is provided

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)It meets the relevant diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019)" and the relevant diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (2017)". 2) Patients with cognitive impairment after the first onset of the disease (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) score <26 points or Mini-Mental State Scale score: illiterate < 17 points primary school < 20 points secondary school and above < 24 points). 3) Oral Feeding Function Assessment Scale (FOIS) = grade 6; 4) Age 20 to 80 years old gender not limited. 5) Be able to cooperate in completing the assessment of various evaluation scales and fiberoptic nasopharyngoscopy examinations and the disease course does not exceed 6 months. 6) Conscious stable in condition and without absence of cranial flaps. 7) Those who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with difficulty in feeding and swallowing caused by organic diseases of the nasopharynx esophagus etc. or psychological or mental problems. 2) Clinical observations show severe motor disorders of swallowing organs such as the mouth face etc. 3) There are bone flap defects or secondary epilepsy etc. 4) There are contraindications for tDCS such as the presence of metal implanted devices in the brain or foreign objects like pacemakers in the body. 5) People with cognitive impairment and swallowing disorders caused by diseases other than stroke. 6) Those who cannot complete the assessment of various scales and cannot tolerate the FEES. 7) Accompanied by severe damage to the heart lungs liver and kidneys and other diseases.
