Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with definite surgical indications and scheduled for total hip replacement surgery; (2) Age range: 40 - 80 years old, gender not restricted; (3) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lungs and kidneys, as well as those with a history of epilepsy or severe mental illness; (2) Those with visual or hearing impairments; (3) Patients who are known to be allergic to opioid drugs or have contraindications for their use.
