18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects aged between 18 and 50 years old regardless of gender. 2) Subjects who voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are willing to cooperate throughout the entire research process including receiving specific crotch posture training and undergoing various assessment tests. 3) Subjects who are able to independently perform basic daily activities such as standing and walking. 4) Subjects with dynamic knee valgus (FPKPA = 4.81°) but without knee pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with severe organic knee joint diseases such as unhealed knee fractures severe meniscus tears knee joint tumors etc. 2) Subjects with severe cardiovascular diseases including acute myocardial infarction unstable angina pectoris severe arrhythmia etc. 3) Subjects with respiratory diseases (e.g. acute exacerbation of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory failure etc.) or other systemic diseases affecting motor function. 4) Subjects with mental illnesses or cognitive impairments who are unable to understand and comply with the research requirements. 5)Subjects who have undergone knee-related surgeries or other special treatments within the past six months (such as those who have not yet stabilized after intra-articular injection acupuncture tuina etc.).
