Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Academy of Dermatology's 2024 guidelines for the management of acne vulgaris; (2) IgA score greater than 1; (3) Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; (4) Those with stable vital signs able to communicate normally cooperate with treatment and fill out relevant scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Having other facial or chest back skin diseases that will affect the test results; (2) Those who are unable to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment and follow-up due to mental illness or inability to take care of themselves; (3) Refusing to sign the informed consent form; (4) Participants in other trials.
