Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ICU nurse; 2) age between 20 and 50; 3) 2 to 25 years of experience working in the ICU; 4) nurses who participate in shift work; 5) voluntarily participated in this study; 6) signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) chronic sleep disorders; 2) pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3) use of medications or other sleep improvement methods.
