20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 20 to 55 years old; 2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for LDH; 3) Imaging findings consistent with low back and leg pain; 4) VAS score: mild to moderate pain(1 to 6 points); 5) Informed consent for this study, voluntary participation and willingness to actively cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other serious diseases, such as tumors, fractures, infections, tuberculosis, etc. 2) There is a history of spinal deformity, severe trauma or surgery; 3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4) Those with mental disorders, obvious physical defects and cognitive impairments; 5) Patients who are currently undergoing or planning to undergo treatment through medication, surgery, or other rehabilitation methods in the near future.
