Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria (Characteristics of TCM Syndromes in Post-Stroke Depression Patients) (1)Patients meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for post-stroke depression. (2)Patients are aged between 18 and 80 yearswith no gender restrictions. (3)Patients have a score between 8 and 35 on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24)and have no suicidal tendencies. (4)The duration of the depressive state is=3 months. (5)Patients are consciousable to understand the content of the scaleshave adequate expressive abilityand are willing to cooperate with the assessment. (6)Patients agree to participate in this clinical study and have signed the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1(Characteristics of TCM Syndromes in Post-Stroke Depression Patients) (1)Patients with mental disorders caused by recent major life events(e.g.divorce). (2)Patients with severe psychological disorders or depression due to substance abuse or organic mental disorders. (3)Patients with secondary depression caused by diseases such as hyperthyroidism or coronary heart disease. (4)Patients with severe aphasia or consciousness and cognitive disorders that make diagnosis difficult. (5)Patients with severe primary diseases in the circulatory systemdigestive systemor hematopoietic function. (6)Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. (7)Patients with severe dysphagia that prevents eating and taking medication. (8)Patients with allergic constitution or known allergies to drugs related to this study. (9)Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (10)Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical research trials within the past 30 days.
