Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) The patient should be at least 45 years old, with no gender restrictions. (3) Those who meet the requirements of Kellgren and Lawrence stages I and II (4) The VAS score of the knee joint is =6 points; (5) Conforms to Uyghur medical syndrome: abnormal Belghem type ; (6) The subjects voluntarily took the test and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe structural changes in the knee joint; (2) Those with other serious acute or chronic diseases or serious complications that affect the judgment of drug safety and efficacy: such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, etc. (3) Abnormal laboratory indicators exist: Abnormal liver and kidney functions (ALT, AST, ALP, ?-GT, Tbil exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, abnormal Scr); (4) Those who are known to be allergic to the test drug (or its components); (5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to the start of this study; (6) The researcher judged that the subjects had poor compliance.
