40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 40 to 75 years old; 2) Complies with the clinical diagnosis of KOA as described in 1.1; 3) Meets the K-L classification of grades 1, 2, and 3 as described in section 1.2; 4) Unilateral onset; 5) Clear consciousness and ability to cooperate in completing assessment, examination, and treatment; 6) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary osteoarthritis and/or concurrent musculoskeletal disorders; 2) Patients who have undergone knee joint replacement surgery; 3) Patients with pacemaker implantation; 4) Other health issues that affect pain scores or knee joint function; 5) Individuals with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 6) Individuals with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 7) Pregnant or lactating women; 8) Patients with bleeding disorders and those taking anticoagulant drugs; 9) Participants in other clinical trials in the past three months.
