Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Adult patients (18-65 years) of either sex requiring general anesthesia for functional endoscopic sinus surgery. 2: ASA I-II patients with BMI <30 kg/m² 3: No history of relevant drug allergies 4: Cognitively capable of completing NRS and QoR assessments and willing to participate with signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Comorbid severe systemic diseases including: Uncontrolled hypertension Diabetes mellitus with end-organ complications Significant cardiac dysfunction (NYHA Class III-IV) Neurological disorders affecting pain perception Hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh B/C or eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73m²) 2: Current use of psychotropic medications sedatives or analgesic agents History of alcohol or substance abuse 3: Pregnancy or lactation 4: Exclusion Criteria for Electroacupuncture 5: History of surgery along meridian pathways Documented peripheral nerve injuries 6: Participation in other clinical trials within the past 30 days and previous receipt of electroacupuncture therapy
