Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the GOLD 2025 diagnostic criteria; have no history of acute exacerbation for at least 4 weeks before enrollment (no hospitalization or treatment with systemic glucocorticoids or antibiotics due to aggravated cough, expectoration, or dyspnea), and have relatively stable clinical symptoms (such as cough, expectoration, and shortness of breath); be able to tolerate mild to moderate physical activity, and complete at least 300 meters in the 6-minute walk test (6MWT); be aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; have basic understanding and expression abilities, and be able to cooperate with Baduanjin exercises, remote rehabilitation guidance, and various assessments. The patient voluntarily participates in this study, signs the informed consent form, and promises to cooperate with the intervention and follow-up throughout the study; at the same time, has the basic conditions for remote rehabilitation implementation, owns intelligent devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.) capable of video communication, and can ensure a stable network environment to receive remote guidance and supervision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, malignant tumors, active pulmonary tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, joint deformities, severe cognitive dysfunction and other diseases that may affect rehabilitation training or cause interference with research data.
