Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke approved by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease; Aged between 18 and 85 years;Vital signs are stable; Diagnosed as mild to moderate stroke based on NIHSS score (2 = NIHSS = 15); Onset time = 14 days);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack; 2. Stroke patients caused by brain tumors traumatic brain injury hematological disorders etc; 3. If there is infection ulceration eczema or other conditions at the selected acupoint that are not suitable for needle insertion; Individuals with other brain injuries severe physical illnesses mental illnesses and a history of excessive use of alcohol or drugs; 4. Individuals with metal implants or other contraindications for MRI examination. 5. Individuals with severe mental symptoms severe cognitive impairment and dementia; 6. Patients with a history of stroke and severe sequelae;
