Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with late-stage breast cancer: patients 18-80 years old with stage III or IV breast cancer and an ECOG Performance Status (PS) score > 3 points. 2. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are currently receiving other forms of psychotherapy or have received psychotherapy in the recent past. 2. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness. 3. Language barrier or communication difficulties. 4. Serious medical complications. 5. The patient's upper limb muscle strength score is <3.
