Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for children with lung heat obstructing nose type and agree to adhere to the treatment ; 2.No gender limitation aged between 3 to 11 years old ; 3.Patients and their families signed informed consent and did not participate in other scientific researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age under 3 years old or above 11 years old ; 2.Confirmed by examination simple because of tonsil hypertrophy nasal septum deviation nasal polyps sinusitis nasal injury and other diseases caused by nasal congestion snoring mouth breathing ; 3.Allergic and intolerant to mometasone furoate ; 4.Patients with infectious diseases mental illness.
