Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years regardless of gender. 2. Diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis with a pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and negative for Helicobacter pylori infection. 3. Pathological classification according to OLGA staging system with stages II to IV. 4. Voluntary participation in the clinical trial with informed consent provided and signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently using medications for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) including herbal decoctions Chinese patent medicines or chemical drugs. 2. Participants enrolled in other clinical trials involving medications. 3. Patients with concurrent acute gastritis gastrointestinal ulcers acute hepatic or biliary diseases other severe gastrointestinal disorders or a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery. 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular hepatic renal hematologic or respiratory diseases or other conditions that significantly affect quality of life. 5. Pregnant or lactating women individuals with intellectual or language disabilities or patients with psychiatric disorders.
