Children with bronchial asthma

Interventions

control group:According to the severity of asthma, standardized treatment of asthma, including atomization and intravenous hormone therapy, etc.
Respiratory syrup group:On the basis of standardized treatment of asthma take Breathing Syrup I orally 3 times a day 5 ~ 15 ml each time (4-7 years old 5 ml
8-11 years old 10mL
12-14 years old 15mL). Take the medicine on the first day of the attack for 7 days.
Health group:Select hospitalized children with precocious puberty in our hospital for the same period of study.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for children with bronchial asthma and the dialectical criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for children with heat asthma; 2)5 years of age =14 years of age regardless of gender; 3) Did not use traditional Chinese and western medicines to treat this disease within 48 hours before joining the group; 4) can cooperate with pulmonary ventilation function examination; 5) The informed consent process conforms to the regulations and the legal guardian signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) critically ill children with bronchial asthma and patients complicated with laryngitis pneumonia septicemia and other diseases; 2) serious primary diseases of heart lung liver kidney metabolism hematopoiesis immunity nerve spirit and other systems; 3) Those who are allergic to experimental drugs or have contraindications to related drugs; 4) Participated in other subjects in the last 3 months; 5) Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study after evaluation.
