Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Solid nodules with a nodal diameter of 6-8 mm or partially solid nodules with a nodal diameter of =10 mm and a CTR of =0.5, or non-solid nodules with a nodal diameter of 8-15 mm (i.e., purely ground glass nodules). In the case of multiple nodules, the nature of the largest and most dangerous nodule shall prevail. (2) Patients who met the criteria for TCM diagnosis; (3) Age between 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (4) Informed consent and signed by the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with confirmed tuberculosis or other infectious diseases; (2) Patients with combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematologic and other serious primary diseases or tumors; (3) Patients with impaired consciousness and communication disorders; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) According to the 2023 edition of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Multidisciplinary Minimally Invasive Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Nodules, patients with indications for surgery/biopsy are excluded. The indications for biopsy were: persistent pGGN =15 mm in diameter, solid nodules =8 mm in diameter, or persistent PSN with a solid component =5 mm in diameter; the indications for surgery were: a. persistent pGGN =15 mm in diameter, solid nodules =8 mm in diameter, or persistent PSN with a solid component =5 mm in diameter with a high degree of malignancy; b. imaging patterns such as burl, lobar, pleural changes, vacuolar signs, vascular signs, and other signs; and c. patients with a high degree of malignancy. b. Imaging patterns such as burr, lobulation, pleural changes, vacuolar sign, vascular sign, and cystic cavities with malignant signs; c. Stable or growing (=2 mm increase in the maximum diameter of the nodule or the maximum diameter of the solid component) after dynamic follow-up. Any one of the following can be excluded.
