Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children aged 0–18 years, adults aged >18 years 2) Guardians of children or adults agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form 3) Guardians are able to accompany children and cooperate with the investigation, adults have normal cognitive function and are able to actively cooperate with participation in the investigation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to cooperate with the completion of relevant data collection 2) Pregnant or lactating women 3) Have used antibiotics acid-suppressive drugs or bismuth agents within the past 4 weeks
