Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2.Age between 18 and 90 years 3.Complete clinical and imaging data of the patient can be collected; 4.Receiving acupuncture treatment in accordance with the conventional treatment protocol for lumbar disc herniation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Low back and leg pain caused by diseases such as piriformis syndrome, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar tumor, lumbar infection, cauda equina neuroma, lumbar spondylolisthesis, ankylosing spondylitis, and herpes zoster; 2.Patients with severe mental illness, confusion, or severe intellectual disability; 3.Patients with a history of sciatic nerve or cauda equina nerve dysfunction caused by other factors; 4.Patients with incomplete clinical data.
